リードアカウンタント / Lead Accountant

A global shared workspace company is looking for a Lead Accountant. The selected candidate will handle accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance while supporting audits and tax requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Research and advise on accounting topics and transactions
• Support SOX/internal control processes and documentation
• Assist in global and regional financial audits
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory financial reporting
• Contribute to financial reporting improvements and cross-functional projects

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Understanding of JGAAP/IFRS
• Possess valid Nissho Bookkeeping certification (Level 2+)
• Native level Japanese; business level English
