シニアアカウンタント / Senior Accountant

An international real estate company is looking for a Senior Accountant. The selected candidate will oversee accounting, coordinate financial closings, manage compliance, handle taxes, and maintain company documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting firms to maintain accurate records
• Coordinate quarterly closing to meet deadlines
• Review financial reports to ensure compliance with standards
• Arrange tax filings and payments with external accountants
• Provide tax information to the US team through the integrated system
• Assist in tax planning for fund structuring and acquisitions
• Oversee SPV procedures for compliance with regulations
• Liaise with managers to keep company documents updated

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in fund accounting at asset management, real estate, or accounting or auditing companies
• Familiarity with accounting standards, tax legislations, and statutory specifications relevant to Japanese companies (SPVs)
• Knowledge of JGAAP and IFRS is a plus
• Understanding of TMK and GK-TK scheme is preferred
• Possess valid CPA or relevant finance qualification is a plus
• Native level Japanese; business level English
