アカウンタント/ Accountant

An international company known for marketing and distribution of lifestyle products is looking for an Accountant. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing sales audit reconciliations. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Track and handle transactions on customer accounts
• Verify the department stores’ monthly statements with the firm’s accounts and place funds as needed
• Ensure effective coordination with sales division and department stores
• Develop and implement improvement strategies in collaboration with the retail finance manager
• Manage discrepancies and make adjustments
• Evaluate sales audit reconciliations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or valid Nissho Boki level 2+ certification
• More than 2 years of finance experience
• Experience in receivable management process with local department or retail stores is preferred
• Advanced quantitative and MS Excel skills
• Basic proficiency in English
