グローバル監査委員長/ Global Audit Chairperson

An international healthcare company is seeking a Global Audit Chairperson for Group Internal Audit. The selected candidate will lead risk assessments, deliver end-to-end internal audits, develop audit programmes, and support internal control processes while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments for audited units and plan audit engagements independently
• Prepare audit programmes and define audit procedures and steps
• Deliver audits across all phases from planning to reporting through onsite and remote execution
• Perform advanced audit techniques, including data analytics
• Collaborate with team members on audit assignments and internal projects
• Ensure high-quality internal audit reports are prepared in English
• Drive continuous improvement of internal audit processes and departmental development
• Cooperate with corporate functions and build strong cross-functional relationships
• Develop in-depth knowledge of group business and processes

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in internal audit or external audit
• Practical experience in managing audit projects and delivering engagements from planning to reporting
• Experience working with international teams and communicating in English
• Possess a valid CIA or CISA certification
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
