フィールドオーディット/ Field Audit

A global life insurance company is looking for a Field Audit professional. The selected candidate will assess and enhance compliance and internal controls across sales offices and agencies. This is a hybrid setup and long-term haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse risks at sales offices and independent agencies for insurance solicitation
• Conduct risk-based inspections and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls
• Propose and follow up on improvement measures for identified compliance issues
• Support the development of robust solicitation management systems
• Collaborate with compliance, sales, and operations departments to strengthen controls
• Provide insights and propose compliance enhancement strategies

Requirements:

• Practical experience in compliance work related to life insurance solicitation
• Prior experience in making inspection plans and risk analysis for sales offices and independent sales agencies of life insurance solicitation
• Experience in managing sales offices and independent sales agencies of life insurance sales
• Knowledge of the Insurance Business Act, Personal Information Protection Act, FSA supervisory guidelines, and LIAJ guidelines
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and reading English
