ビジネスコントローラー/ Business Controller

A global consumer goods manufacturer is looking for a Business Controller. The selected candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial closing, compliance, and business performance support while coordinating with the regional office. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial results and update forecasts
• Manage budget planning, tracking, and control
• Lead compliance-related activities and internal controls
• Serve as the main liaison to the regional office overseas
• Support monthly closing, including accruals and journal entries
• Drive performance improvement initiatives through business partnering

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
