シニアコントローリングマネージャー/ Senior Controlling Manager

A global automotive company is seeking a Senior Controlling Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategic planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, and financial reporting while ensuring process optimisation, compliance, and executive-level decision support.

Responsibilities:

• Drive long-term strategic objectives and budgeting in alignment with Brand and Group directives
• Ensure achievement of short-to-mid-term business objectives through forecasting and actual result analysis
• Track and steer brand results to ensure profitability targets are met within the Asia-Pacific corridor
• Monitor financial risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
• Lead and facilitate Financial Review meetings with Headquarters, Managing Director, and Brand Directors
• Oversee allocation of Group function costs and ensure strict budget approval processes
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of controlling processes
• Establish and improve internal control processes and SOPs aligned with Global Headquarters
• Act as primary point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding controlling topics
• Oversee financial systems maintenance and ensure integrity of financial information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in controlling or finance
• Experience negotiating with agencies, stakeholders, and AG
• People management experience
• Understanding of ERP operations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese and English
