小売コントローラー/ Retail Controller

A multinational retail eyewear company is looking for a Retail Controller. The selected candidate will support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analysis to help drive sales and P&L performance across retail business channels.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through financial and business analysis while partnering closely with business teams
• Prepare monthly actual reports for net sales and P&L, including explanations on gaps versus forecast
• Collect, review, and consolidate data for net sales and P&L across long-term and short-term forecasting cycles
• Analyse KPIs across each business channel and propose action plans to achieve sales and P&L targets
• Prepare sales reports, including pricing and margin analysis
• Provide ad hoc reports and analysis requested by management
• Lead discussions and business explanations during monthly closing and forecast processes
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, Planning, and Accounting
• Work closely with regional and corporate stakeholders, including Controlling and APAC Logistics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or a related field
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in a controlling role
• Experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Experience in the retail industry
• Proficient in financial and accounting principles
• Skilled in SAP or other ERP systems and MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese and English
