Head of Operations Finance

A global food and beverage company is looking for a Head of Operations Finance. The selected candidate will lead operational finance strategy, performance management, and business partnering to drive profitability and efficiency. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of operational performance
• Drive value creation initiatives to improve productivity and profitable growth
• Partner with Operations, Plant Leadership, and Procurement to support decision-making
• Oversee manufacturing footprint strategy including capacity expansion and large-scale factory projects
• Manage cost control across materials, industrial, and logistics with accurate variance analysis and risk assessment
• Strengthen financial governance, CAPEX oversight, KPI improvement, and digital reporting transformation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 8 years of experience in corporate finance
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of SAP
• Proficient in spoken English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in Power BI
