財務アシスタントマネージャー/ Assistant Finance Manager

A renowned aviation engineering company is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager. The selected candidate will manage AR and invoicing operations, oversee treasury and expense control, and support reporting, budgeting, and external coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales invoicing workflows and oversee Accounts Receivable activities
• Follow up on credit and collections proactively to reduce overdue risk and bad debt exposure
• Supervise invoice verification, reconciliation, and documentation compliance with policies and regulations
• Execute payments and bank transfers, maintain daily banking records, and perform bank reconciliations
• Track expenses (labor, T&E) and monitor budget vs actuals to identify variances
• Prepare financial and management reports for HQ, support budgeting/forecasting, and coordinate with suppliers, banks, advisors, and auditors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational environment
• Understanding of Japanʼs financial regulations, statutory requirements, and tax legislation
• Skilled in MS Excel
• Native level Japanese (proficient in written and verbal English is ideal)
