FIDファイナンスオペレーションディレクター/ FID Financing Operations Director

A global financial services company is looking for an Osaka FID Financing Operations – Director. The selected candidate will oversee post-trade financing operations, ensure trade integrity, support client service processes, and manage regulatory and trading support activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee post-trade processing for repo business transactions including JSDA Bond Borrow/Loan, JSDA Gensaki, GMSLA, and GMRA
• Ensure trade data accuracy and integrity through trade capture and confirmation processes
• Manage client service activities from onboarding through trade processing and lifecycle support
• Support trading desks by coordinating operational processes and issue resolution
• Handle regulatory reporting requirements related to financing operations
• Operate and support BOJ Money Market Operations for the trading desk

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Understanding of fixed Income products (JGB/UST), market practice, and institutional clients
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience and expertise in operations of Repo business
