内部統制保証マネージャー/ Control Assurance Manager

A multinational real estate company is looking for a Control Assurance Manager. The selected candidate will ensure the effectiveness of operational and financial controls while driving compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Assure the adequacy and effectiveness of operational and financial controls across the Japan cluster
• Conduct control reviews and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely completion
• Deliver training on finance policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders
• Review existing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and streamlining
• Prepare periodic management reports and support ad hoc projects as assigned
• Support additional tasks as directed by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accountancy
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, including audit experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience reviewing operational and financial controls
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the country
• Possess a professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor
• Proficient in Japanese; professional level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working within the hospitality industry
