ファイナンシャルコントローラー/ Financial Controller

A renowned advertising agency is looking for a Financial Controller. The selected candidate will lead financial governance, reporting, client finance, and business optimisation to drive profitability and operational excellence. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Lead month-end, HFM reviews, annual commit, and reforecast submissions
• Oversee client account finance including budgeting, contracts, and profitability improvement
• Partner with leadership to drive commercial decisions, revenue growth, and cost efficiency
• Manage business risks including FX exposure and accelerate cash collection
• Drive process improvements, support system migrations, and lead change initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Background in media system
• Knowledge of the industry
• Excellent management skills
• Proficient in Pegasus, SAP or similar ERP
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Business level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of agency media
• Skilled in Hyperion (HFM)
• Possess valid CA/CPA qualification
