ファイナンシャルコントローラー/ Financial Controller

A renowned technology company is looking for a Financial Controller. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end financial management, strengthen controls, and drive performance through accurate reporting, planning, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning across the organisation
• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, revenue, expenses, and controls
• Deliver timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and management analysis
• Drive profit improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Establish and maintain internal controls, compliance, and audit processes
• Implement and optimise finance processes and ERP workflows while partnering with senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or business administration
• More than 15 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility in senior level finance or accounting positions in a similar sized or larger organisation
• More than 5 years of experience managing senior level professional finance staff within an electronics sales and manufacturing environment
• Experience in finance, accounting, contracts, budgeting and cost control principles
• Understanding of Japanese financial regulations
• Knowledge of best business practice
• Skilled in accounting software, specifically Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Bilingual level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in United States or Europe
