ファイナンシャルオフィサー/ Finance Controller

An international automatic technology company is seeking a Finance Controller. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end finance operations, reporting, budgeting, and governance while partnering with regional and global teams to drive financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls
• Partner with local and regional teams to support strategic initiatives and business performance
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with local and global standards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Manage monthly financial performance reviews, variance analysis, and reporting packages
• Provide detailed sales, margin, and expense analysis to support management and stakeholders
• Support strategic projects such as special pricing, project pricing, and cost optimisation
• Oversee audits and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Strengthen governance, improve systems, and drive process excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 8-12 years of finance experience in a multinational environment
• Experience in budgeting, controlling, and financial analysis
• Skilled in product landed costing, margin analysis, and financial reporting
• Fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess a valid CPA / ACCA equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Japanese
