コマーシャルカントリーコントローラー/ Commercial Country Controller

A multinational scientific organisation is seeking a Commercial Country Controller. The role oversees sales and margin performance, financial reporting, compliance, and close partnership with business and global finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial strategy execution, sales performance, and margin realisation
• Analyse pricing, rebates, bad debts, DSO, inventory, and working capital
• Manage product costing, raw material analysis, CAPEX and OPEX forecasting
• Lead month-end closing, consolidation, and financial reporting in SAP
• Ensure statutory, tax, and local compliance in coordination with auditors and authorities
• Act as key finance partner to business, sites, and shared service teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting/financial Controlling, and/or CMA, CPA, MBA
• More than 10 years of experience within several finance positions
• Knowledge of finance and accounting processes
• Understanding of ERP systems
• Professional level Japanese and English
