財務コントローラー/ Finance Controller

A global fashion company is looking for a Finance Controller. The selected applicant will be in charge of supporting business decisions by delivering insightful financial analysis and reports. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the planning cycle, ensuring robust forecasts and budgets that support strategic decision making
• Prepare and compile actual and planning financial reports, providing meaningful analysis to support management decisions
• Conduct in-depth reviews of actual and planned financials for business units and countries, identifying trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with countries and business functions to ensure timely and accurate sharing of information
• Provide relevant financial data and insights to other departments such as Marketing and Operations

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling
• Proficient in SAP or any ERP (Hyperion is preferred)
• Excellent MS-Office
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working in a global environment
• Native level Japanese; business level English
