コントローラー/ Controller

A global animal healthcare company is looking for a Controller. The selected candidate will lead controlling activities including financial planning, product costing, and plant performance oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reviews and collaborate with account managers for performance analysis
• Lead planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles
• Recommend corrective actions based on operational and financial insights
• Maintain harmonised product costing and accurate standard cost structures
• Monitor KPIs to support plant performance and profitability improvements
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and process optimisation with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing controlling or accounting (healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is ideal)
• Knowledge of cost accounting
• Business level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience of Oracle JD Edwards, InfoR and Onestream
