財務ビジネスパートナーリーダー/ Finance Business Partner Lead

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Finance Business Partner Lead. The selected candidate will oversee financial planning, analysis, and strategic business partnering to drive data-informed decisions. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Finance Business Partner Team, ensuring effective performance and development
• Oversee monthly performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Partner with business units to analyse and interpret financial data for strategic insights
• Develop and manage complex financial models and reporting tools
• Utilise AI and advanced analytics to enhance business decision-making
• Support financial reviews, business planning, and ad-hoc analytical projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in controlling or local FP&A
• Experience leading team
• Knowledge in accounting and financial analysis
• Fluent level English and Japanese
