地域財務統括責任者/ Regional Finance Controller

A global dairy nutrition company is seeking a Regional Finance Controller. The successful candidate will lead financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal control functions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in regional finance processes. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IFRS and local statutory financial reporting across North Asia, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Manage tax reporting, audits, and communication with external tax authorities and consultants
• Ensure adherence to transfer pricing policies and assess OECD/BEPS-related risks
• Support FP&A teams in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
• Supervise treasury operations, including cash flow management, derivative operations, and funding approvals
• Strengthen governance, internal controls, and compliance with company financial policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 15 years of experience in AP, AR, Cash Management, Tax Compliance, Tax filing, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of technical accounting and tax (local and global)
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems
• Possess valid CPA/CA/CMA/CFM/CFA or equivalent finance or accounting qualification
• Proficient in Japanese
