コントローラー/ Controller

A global automobile manufacturing company is looking for a Controller. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, business analysis, and support decision-making to drive profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Analyse business performance and deliver monthly reports
• Develop and evaluate business cases for strategic initiatives
• Manage budget control to optimise resource allocation
• Coordinate brand controlling topics and improvement projects
• Serve as liaison with HQ controllers and support compliance efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in finance and controlling
• Experience in project management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English (German is a plus)
