ファイナンスコントロールマネージャー/ Finance Controlling Manager

A global travel management company is looking for a Finance Controlling Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, manage month-end closing, and improve operational efficiency. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports
• Manage month-end closing activities including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee AP and AR to ensure compliance with policies
• Implement financial systems to enhance efficiency
• Supervise and mentor the Accounting Manager for professional growth
• Provide expert advice on governance, compliance, and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA/BPC
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Fluent level written and verbal English
