ファイナンスコントロールマネージャー/ Finance Controlling Manager

A multinational travel management company is looking for a Finance Controlling Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance, and enhance financial policies and processes. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis
• Oversee month-end close processes, including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
• Ensure proper oversight of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and BSP Billing Settlement Plan
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and technology-driven improvements
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, guiding finance systems and workflows
• Ensure compliance with internal and external finance regulations and governance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience
• Experience in controlling and financial reporting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
