財務・コンプライアンスマネジャー / Finance and Compliance Manager

A global medical technology company is looking for a Finance and Compliance Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing all financial-related activities such as accounting, controlling, and internal control systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and adequate organisation of the Finance department
• Act as a compliance contact in the global compliance organisation
• Ensure compliance/data protection guidelines are trained locally and complied
• Finance business partner to the local leadership team and organisation
• Responsible for both statutory as well as Group management financial accounting and reporting with appropriate documentation and controls
• Manage treasury function including the coordination of local banking and insurance relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or accountant diploma (MBA is a plus)
• More than 5 years of accounting and financial controlling experience with MNCs
• Knowledge in JGAAP and IFRS/Swiss GAAP
• Understanding of full value chain methodology
• Knowledge of modern and complex principles and practices of accounting
• Knowledge of computerised financial reporting and management information systems
• Operational (logistics, warehouse management) knowledge is ideal
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Bilingual level written and verbal Japanese and English
