A renowned automated photography solutions company is looking for a Controller. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, KPI analysis, and internal controls while supporting the finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare global financial reports with the finance manager
• Analyse KPIs, budgets, and financial performance data
• Update financial systems, applications, and data files
• Review and explain monthly financial reports to the CEO in Japan
• Research technical accounting issues to ensure compliance
• Strengthen internal controls by developing accounting policies and business processes
• Communicate and collaborate with the global team and Asian branches
• Support the finance manager and management team with financial reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting/finance
• More than 1 year in FP&A or analyst roles
• Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Proficient in Excel functions and Pivot Tables
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent level English; business level Japanese
