コマーシャルコントローラーシップマネジャー/ Commercial Controllership Manager

A global healthcare company is looking for a Commercial Controllership Manager. The selected candidate will provide transaction guidance, ensure compliance, and manage key financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Guide transaction or deal structure for commercial teams
• Maintain controls over contracting processes
• Assist with compliance training for revenue recognition policies
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 for revenue recognition
• Manage and review commercial accounting balance sheet accounts
• Implement policies for quarterly close processes
• Resolve complex commercial finance and technical accounting issues
• Lead simplification initiatives within the controllership team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance
• More than 8 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in research, accounting, and reporting issues
• Prior experience creating, reviewing, and presenting balance sheet review packages or other similar financial review packages
• Proven experience with financial systems or applications (Oracle, Hyperion, etc.)
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Proficient in MS Excel
