アシスタントフィナンシャルコントローラー/ Assistant Financial Controller

A renowned hotel management company is looking for an Assistant Financial Controller. The chosen applicant will supervise the daily operations, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly reconciled.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily work of the Finance department
• Ensure all balance sheet transactions are accounted for, documented, and properly reconciled
• Review weekly bank reconciliation, monthly balance sheet reconciliation, and analyses
• Ensure the month end closing process is completed and prepare all required financial reports
• Assist in the completion of forecasts and budgets as instructed
• Coordinate the internal and external audit process
• Represent and liaise with all government authorities in regard to local tax matters
• Monitor daily bank cash position to ensure no overdraft incurred

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in commerce, accounting, management, or other accounting qualification is preferred
• More than 5 years of experience in managerial operational accounting position
• Skilled in SUN, Check SCM, OnQ PMS, InfoGenesis, PROPPLAN
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Possess a valid finance or accounting qualification (ACCA or CPA)
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English
