ホテルファイナンスコントローラー/ Hotel Finance Controller

A Hotel Finance Controller position is now available at a global leisure travel enterprise. The chosen applicant will handle diverse tasks, including hotel openings and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Handle tasks flexibly, including assisting in hotel openings
• Develop strategies that deliver key objectives and targets in line with the annual business plan
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, both management and statutory
• Maintain financial forecasting models, including cash flow
• Attend monthly owners meetings for managed properties
• Present monthly results at Operations Review Meetings
• Prepare annual budgets for Hotel/Resort Operations
• Manage all tax requirements across Japan
• Administer the trust audit cycle and manage relationships with external auditors

Requirements:

• Practical experience as a Financial Controller or Accounting Manager with extensive hospitality finance experience
• Prior hospitality or service industry experience (senior positions in a hotel finance team is ideal)
• Previous system experience – Nehops and Opera
• Strong knowledge of key hospitality measurements including revenue management and understanding market conditions
• Ability and willingness to travel on occasion domestic and international
