A leading consumer goods retailer is looking for a Global Finance Manager. The selected applicant will provide financial information, analysis, and recommendations to improve performance. This is a Tokyo-based position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and legal disclosure materials development
- Enhance financial and accounting oversight for global subsidiaries
- Oversee worldwide financial management initiatives
- Manage global tax management responsibilities
- Implement finance-related systems across multiple nations
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in consolidated financial
- Practical experience in a global company with a scale of several hundred billion yen or more
- Knowledge with the system overview of accounting IT systems (SAP) is desired
- Proven experience in audit firms and tax accounting offices is preferred
- Experience in the operation of shared services is a plus
- Proficient in Japanese and English (Chinese is ideal)
