ファイナンス・コントローラー/ Finance Controller

A food company that operates globally is looking for a Finance Controller. The selected applicant for this position will be tasked to assist the organisation in diving strategic growth in the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Handle month end processes of the business
• Analyse monthly data and determine factors that affects profitability of products
• Create Power BI dashboards and KPIs every month
• Monitor accurate net income statement
• Prepare budget and forecasting activities
• Oversee overhead and expense reports
• Support third parties with payroll calculations
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, business, or a similar major
• 10+ years of work experience in a finance department within an international company or an auditing firm
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
• Skilled with SAP, SAP BW, Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint (MS Teams is a plus)
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Background in an international environment
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English
