経理・財務担当/ Accounting & Admin

A company in the fashion industry is seeking an Accounting & Admin. The selected candidate will oversee financial closing, financial reporting, tax matters, profitability management, treasury activities, and finance and accounting team development. This is a temp-to-perm role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Review accounting issues and implement process improvements
• Respond to tax audits and resolve tax-related matters
• Conduct cost analysis and manage profitability and P&L
• Oversee cash disbursement and treasury management
• Lead the finance and accounting team, including talent development and performance management

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Proven experience leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Experience with tax filings and external audit support
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems
• Business level Korean and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the fashion industry or a related sector
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of cost accounting and management accounting
• Experience managing accounting operations for overseas subsidiaries
• Possess a valid professional accounting certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent
