財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A renowned not-for-profit organisation is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee accounting, treasury, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and team management while ensuring timely reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting transactions, including payments, billing, cash receipts, intercompany activities, and fixed assets
• Oversee treasury operations, banking activities, cash management, and cash forecasting
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and prepare financial statements and management reports
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance while coordinating with auditors, tax advisers, and government authorities
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting for management and the Board
• Supervise the accounting team, monitor performance, set objectives, and support staff development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting
• More than 5 years of finance or accounting team management experience
• Fluent level spoken and written Japanese; business level spoken and written English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid JCPA, USCPA, J-Tax certification, or equivalent qualifications
