ファイナンスディレクター/ Director of Finance

An international hospitality company is looking for a Director of Finance. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, controls, cash flow, credit, payroll and payables while providing strategic financial guidance to hotel leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis across hotel operations
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards and company financial policies
• Manage internal controls, audits, asset protection and financial risk processes
• Oversee cash flow, disbursements, credit procedures, collections and ledger adjustments
• Direct payroll, tax, licensing, vendor payment and commission processes
• Advise hotel teams, regional stakeholders and ownership groups on financial performance and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, commerce, or business management/administration
• Knowledge of accounting and finance
• Understanding of GAAP and employment-related legislation
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N3+); fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Background in accounting designation
