財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A global security services company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee accounting, reporting, cash flow, compliance, internal controls, and financial planning support for business leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting and daily finance administration
• Prepare monthly actuals, forecasts, flash reports, and variance analysis
• Review contract costing, profitability, make-or-buy decisions, and outsourcing opportunities
• Oversee reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, payroll, and statutory compliance
• Implement internal controls and coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Support budgets, business planning, KPIs, and capital investment reviews

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of post-qualification experience in a service industry
• Experience managing a full set of books, including payroll and statutory compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Possess valid accountant qualification (ACCA, CA, or CPA)
• Business level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
