財務管理プログラム/ Financial Management Program

An international healthcare technology company is looking for a Financial Management Program professional. The selected candidate will participate in rotational finance assignments, develop leadership and analytical capabilities, and support critical business and financial operations across multiple functions. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in rotational assignments across finance functions and business units
• Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and business planning activities
• Assist with financial reporting, closing activities, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support pricing analysis, revenue analysis, market trend analysis, and new product initiatives
• Conduct manufacturing profitability and cost analysis and support productivity improvement initiatives
• Support treasury-related activities including cash, liquidity, and foreign exchange management
• Prepare materials and presentations for management and senior leadership
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across different business functions
• Participate in finance, accounting, and business skills training programs
• Work closely with mentors and finance leaders to support career development

Requirements:

• Experience in finance, accounting, or business administration, or strong interest in pursuing a career in these fields
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated leadership through actions and behaviours
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N1) and English (TOEIC 860+)
