経理シニアアソシエイト/ Accounting Senior Associate

A renowned renewable energy company is looking for an Accounting Senior Associate. The selected candidate will manage financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, and process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly accounting records aligned with IFRS, group policies, and JGAAP
• Submit timely group financial reports and reconcile inter-company balances
• Manage tax filings, coordinate with tax agents, and identify tax optimisation opportunities
• Lead audit processes, coordinate with external auditors, and escalate key issues
• Drive finance process standardisation, documentation, and M&A handover activities
• Improve workflows, enhance efficiency, manage budgets, and support ad-hoc reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting
• More than 7 years of experience in SPC accounting
• Experience in audit
• Prior experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite
• Proven experience utilising RPA and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Background in renewable energy
• Prior background in JGAAP and IFRS
• Knowledge of Japanese tax
• Understanding of project finance
• Possess valid CPA, Tax Accountant, or USCPA certifications
• Fluent level English and Japanese
