シニア会計士/ Senior Accountant

A renowned semiconductor manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Accountant. The selected candidate will oversee AR, AP, and GL operations while supporting closing, audit, tax, cash flow, and junior team development. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable activities including collections, reconciliations, aging, and cash flow updates
• Oversee accounts payable processing, supplier payments, expense reviews, tax payments, and vendor master maintenance
• Handle general ledger tasks including reconciliations, payroll entries, GRIR checks, and intercompany support
• Support monthly and yearly closing activities such as prepaid expenses, accruals, and reserves
• Lead and develop junior accounting staff and temporary team members
• Assist with audits, tax return preparation, process improvements, master data updates, and ad hoc finance tasks

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in an accounting function in a multinational complex environment
• Experience in monthly and yearly closing support
• Understanding of JGAAP (USGAAP is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of SAP system
• Professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in cost accounting
