FP&A/ FP&A

A renowned animal healthcare company is looking for an FP&A professional. The selected candidate will partner with operations to drive financial insights, forecasting, and KPI performance through data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations teams to deliver data-driven financial insights and recommendations
• Participate in business meetings to analyse hospital performance and address management issues
• Develop revenue management frameworks, define KPIs, and lead forecasting activities
• Monitor KPI performance, identify gaps, and provide actionable analysis
• Prepare financial reports, revenue analysis, and management deliverables
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards in collaboration with regional IT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related field
• More than 5 years of relevant middle level finance experience
• More than 3 years of experience in FP&A
• Knowledge of business process
• Familiarity with Automation in Finance such as Power BI / Tableau / Anaplan
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in FMCG industry in Finance Business Partnering and FP&A
