A global hospitality company is looking for an Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support service excellence while driving efficient accounting processes and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with finance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Review and approve accounting transactions including receivables, payables, and journal entries
• Support financial planning, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives
• Handle operational finance tasks including insurance, reporting, and system optimisation
• Lead, train, and develop finance team members while maintaining service excellence

Requirements:

• Understanding of statutory legislation in taxes, employee and industrial relations
• Professional level Japanese and English
