AM財務マネージャー/ AM Finance Manager

A global energy company is looking for an AM Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee stakeholder coordination, SPC financial operations, reporting, audits, and budget performance while supporting leadership in ongoing finance matters. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including investors, lenders, and outsourcing partners
• Oversee SPC budget planning and financial coordination with finance, operations, and external firms
• Handle insurance, payments, and other financial administration for SPCs in collaboration with relevant teams
• Coordinate contract-related matters with legal and support audit and tax review requirements with finance leadership
• Review monthly reports from external asset management, EPC, and O&M partners
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting for leadership covering KPIs, budgets, cash flow, and P&L

Requirements:

• More than 6 years of experience in asset management/SPC management and relevant works
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in accounting, tax, or analytical
• Prior experience in renewable energy industry and/or financial industry
