財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A global manufacturing equipment company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead finance, accounting, budgeting, reporting, treasury, tax, and audit activities while supporting business performance and financial compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance, accounting, and budgeting activities in line with corporate and local regulations
• Manage financial reporting, ledger reconciliation, and accounting transaction accuracy
• Support budget planning, performance monitoring, and financial analysis for management
• Lead treasury, cash flow, foreign exchange, debt, and capital management activities
• Ensure audit readiness, tax compliance, credit control, and customer payment management
• Supervise the finance team and support commercial operations on finance-related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in economics, business administration, finance, accounting or in another related field
• Experience in similar roles (management of small teams of accounting & administration)
• Understanding of IFRS
• Skilled in MS Excel
• Proficient in Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience within manufacturing industry
• Prior experience within international firms with matrix organisations
• Knowledge of SAP
