経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global logistics company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will lead accounting operations, oversee reporting and cash flow, ensure compliance, and support audits and process improvements. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations in line with local regulations and HQ guidelines
• Coordinate daily work within the accounting team and ensure backup coverage
• Oversee bank accounts, reconciliations, and AP/AR processing in SAP
• Prepare financial data and reports for monthly and annual closings
• Monitor and forecast cash flow and escalate issues as needed
• Review employee expense claims and manage petty cash
• Maintain accurate financial records and support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Support budgeting, mid-year reviews, and process improvements
• Collaborate with HQ accounting and join required meetings and trainings

Requirements:

• Experience as an Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, or similar senior finance role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
