シニアファイナンスマネージャー/ Sr. Finance Manager

A multinational food and beverage company is looking for a Sr. Finance Manager. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth strategies, optimise pricing and promotions, and deliver data-driven insights to support profitable business decisions. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of revenue growth management strategy aligned with financial goals
• Provide strategic guidance on pricing, promotions, channel strategy, and portfolio mix
• Evaluate trade spending effectiveness using ROI analysis and predictive modelling
• Recommend optimal promotional strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
• Drive customer and channel profitability analysis to identify margin expansion opportunities
• Develop and manage RGM dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking frameworks
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for management
• Maintain governance and discipline across pricing and investment processes
• Act as finance lead for cross-functional RGM initiatives
• Co-lead business planning processes with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and pricing governance frameworks
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive mitigation and improvement plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• More than 10 years of experience in finance, revenue management, or a related role
• Experience in pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and financial modelling
• Skilled in financial analysis, P&L management, and profitability analysis
• Proficient in advanced analytics tools and dashboards such as Power BI
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and channel economics
• Possess a valid MBA or relevant professional certification such as CFA or CPA
• Fluent level Japanese and English
