アシスタントコントローラー/ Assistant Controller

A global aerospace components manufacturer is looking for an Assistant Controller/ Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, accounting operations, compliance, tax, payroll, and reporting while supporting business performance and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, AOP, and long-range planning
• Oversee monthly financial statements and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting
• Manage general ledger activities and month-end closing through SAP
• Handle pricing activities and support P&L, cash flow, AP, AR, and tax management
• Coordinate audits, reconciliations, vendor and intercompany payments, and payroll submission
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure SOX and legal compliance, and support ad hoc finance needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in overseeing whole of Company's financial, contractual, budgeting/rolling forecast, tax and development/execution of policies for Company's business
• Experience in management of cash flow and receivables, creation and administration of annual operating plan to address cash flow, forecasting, taxes and manpower requirements
• Possess valid CPA or equivalent qualification
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience on SAP applications
• Proficient in MS Excel
