財務・経理スペシャリスト/ Finance/Accounting Specialist

An international beauty retail company is looking for a Finance / Accounting Specialist. The selected candidate will manage financial closing, audit support, internal controls, and accounting process improvement. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual standalone closing
• Prepare for and respond to external audits
• Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the parent company
• Establish and improve internal processes, including inventory management, asset verification, and receivables collection
• Develop and operate internal accounting control systems
• Review and resolve accounting-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 3-10 years of accounting experience
• Experience in financial closing and audit response
• Proficient in accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Business level Japanese; professional level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in ERP system implementation
• Experience with the SAP FI module
• Experience in a related industry
• Experience working in an overseas subsidiary
• Possess valid accounting-related certifications
