財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

An international beverage company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial analysis while supporting corporate strategy and strengthening financial operations. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in accordance with IFRS and JGAAP
• Review financial reports and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements
• Manage compliance with J-SOX regulations related to financial reporting
• Prepare financial analysis and provide strategic insights to the management team
• Collaborate with FP&A teams to conduct financial reporting including P&L and balance sheet variance analysis
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliation processes to ensure financial accuracy
• Act as the main contact for internal and external audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Implement new business models and adapt accounting practices to new accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Experience with ERP system operations
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting under IFRS and financial analysis
• Possess a valid JCPA, USCPA, or UKCA qualification
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in auditing or financial closing of Japanese listed companies
