プロジェクトファイナンスマネージャー/ Project Finance Manager

A renowned renewable energy company is looking for a Project Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead project financing, financial analysis, due diligence, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to support renewable energy investments.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and secure debt and equity financing for solar, wind, and battery storage projects
• Negotiate financing terms with banks, financial institutions, and investors
• Develop financial models, ROI and IRR analyses, and scenario-based assessments
• Lead financial due diligence for new projects, acquisitions, and joint ventures
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance while addressing variances
• Drive risk management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic financial planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (master’s degree or CFA qualification is ideal)
• More than 7 years of experience in project finance (renewable energy or solar industry is preferred)
• Background in securing project financing and managing complex financial transactions
• Understanding of financial modelling, project financing structures, and investment analysis
• Skilled in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English; proficient in reading Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of Japanese legal and security mechanisms
