ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A global electric manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial control, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning while partnering with leadership to drive operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the finance and accounting team by developing capabilities and ensuring strong operational leadership
• Oversee financial controllership, entity governance, and branch-level financial accountability
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business planning processes
• Analyse financial performance, investigate variances, and deliver actionable recommendations to management
• Improve financial systems, processes, and profitability through continuous operational review and resource optimisation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, audits, tax requirements, and internal financial policies

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of professional experience
• Experience of working for large multi-national companies
• Prior commercial business experience
• Proven experience of working with Oracle and Hyperion as a financial reporting tool
• Understanding of accounting principles, practices, procedures, and compliance regulations
• Fluent level English and Japanese (Chinese or Korean is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of Oracle R12
