会計スペシャリスト/ Accounting Specialist

A leading energy company is looking for an Accounting Specialist. The selected candidate will manage accounts payable operations, support expense analysis, and coordinate tax and audit matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely payment instructions to outsourcing firms for company and SPC accounts
• Support the evaluation and potential in-housing of AP functions
• Assist the CFO with expense analysis, payment actuals, and forecasts
• Respond to tax and audit enquiries related to payments
• Support financial operations related to payment processes

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related roles
• Experience in accounting, tax, or analytical functions is an advantage
• Proficient in organisation and multitasking
• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices
• Native level Japanese; business level English
