上級会計士/ Senior Accountant

A renowned automation machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Accountant. The selected candidate will lead statutory reporting, monthly and annual closing, and tax compliance while driving process improvements across finance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly and annual closing including journal entries and ledger management in collaboration with the China Accounting Competency Centre
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment and drive continuous improvement across finance processes
• Support annual tax filings by coordinating documentation with external tax advisors
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Treasury, and business teams as well as external tax firms
• Own statutory financial reporting and tax compliance for the assigned legal entity
• Utilise Oracle and Excel for daily accounting operations and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience equivalent to Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
• Prior accounting background and hands-on experience
• Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems
• Knowledge with international accounting standards such as IFRS and USGAAP
• Prior accounting knowledge, including IFRS and JGAAP standards
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Business level Japanese and English
